I’m Vanessa, a content and design strategist based in Paris, with 5+ years in digital strategy, helping businesses create websites and digital products that deliver impactful user experiences for real humans through words and design.

🌎 Fluent in English, Italian, French ( y el español tambien - just don’t ask me to write a novel), I’m shaped by life in 3 different countries and a master’s in international communications. This unique global perspective, combined with a deep sense of empathy, drives me to craft localized and diverse user experiences.

🧭 For the past 5 years, I’ve honed my skills in content design, content management, and writing across international teams and tech companies in the ad tech, cybersecurity, telecommunications, fintech and automotive industries. But my mission goes deeper than just creating beautiful interfaces—I aim to make the digital world simpler, especially for those who feel left behind.

My mission to make design more inclusive

In 2023, I started volunteering to help seniors navigate websites and apps, and that’s where I saw first-hand the distress caused by poor digital design. These individuals were not only frustrated—they felt disconnected from a world rapidly moving online.

I realized helping wasn’t enough; we needed a redesign—a fundamental shift in how we build online experiences.

Driven by this experience, my mission is to help close the digital literacy gap (in Europe alone, that’s 34% of the population who lacks basic digital skills) by creating intuitive designs that empower and elevate users of all skill levels, starting with those too often overlooked.
